1994
Established in Pravets
NIKI Ltd. was founded in 1994 in Pravets, Bulgaria. From the very beginning, the company focused on quality craftsmanship and reliable production. This strong foundation set the direction for long-term growth
1997
Cooperation with IKEA
In 1997, NIKI Ltd. began its cooperation with IKEA. This partnership marked an important step in meeting international standards for quality, efficiency, and large-scale production. It strengthened our experience in working with global brands.
2007
Manufacture of custom made furniture
In 2007, we expanded our capabilities to include the manufacture of custom-made furniture. This allowed us to deliver tailored solutions that meet specific client requirements across various industries. Flexibility and attention to detail became key strengths.
2010
Exports for Leading Retail Brands
By 2010, NIKI Ltd. was exporting products to leading retail brands in Germany and the UK. Today, 90% of our total production is dedicated to the European market. International logistics and consistency became core competencies.
2017
Establishment of Lignater Ltd.
Lignater Ltd. was established in 2017 as a daughter company of NIKI Ltd. It was created to support and specialize in all joinery and upholstery projects. This enabled better focus and higher production efficiency.
2022
Machine Park Modernization
In 2022, we invested in the expansion of our machine park. We optimized our production processes, improving precision, efficiency, and overall output quality. It also reduced production time and material waste.
2024
New Production Facility for Lignater Ltd.
In 2024, a new production building was completed for Lignater Ltd. The facility offers significantly larger space and is equipped with modern machinery to support future growth
