Overseeing the end to end flow of goods from suppliers to customers. You manage procurement, inventory, transportation, and distribution while controlling costs and improving efficiency. You lead logistics teams, solve operational issues, and ensure on time delivery and smooth daily operations.
Main Responsibilities:
Strategic planning, organization and overall management of procurement and logistics processes.
Effective negotiation and building long-term partnerships with suppliers.
Precise planning, control and optimization of all incoming and outgoing deliveries and transport activities.
Proactive inventory management and optimization of warehouse processes.
Management, motivation and coordination of a team of specialists.
Requirements:
You have proven experience in a similar management position.
You speak English at an excellent working level.
You have exceptional organizational, analytical and decision-making skills.

Description:
Developing product designs and define efficient manufacturing processes. You create technical drawings, select materials, and optimize production methods to improve quality and reduce costs. You work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate execution and continuous process improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
Product design and creation of 3D models (SolidWorks)
Preparation of technical documentation for production
Monitoring and coordination of projects in production
Solving technological and design issues
Requirements:
Experience with SolidWorks, required
Strong organizational and communication skills
Foreign language skills, considered an advantage
Description:
Еnsures that products or services meet defined quality standards. The role oversees testing processes, sets quality guidelines, and monitors production to prevent defects. The manager leads quality teams, analyzes data, and implements improvements. The position works closely with other departments to maintain consistency, reduce errors, and meet customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Controls product quality at all stages of production
Identifies deviations and takes corrective actions
Ensures compliance with technical documentation and customer requirements
Works with measuring tools (caliper, protractor, measuring tape) and inspection instruments
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position is an advantage
Higher education (engineering degree is an advantage)
Technical knowledge, ability to read technical documentation
Ability to work with measuring instruments (protractor, caliper, measuring tape)
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Description:
Оperates and monitors CNC machines used for processing wood materials. The role sets up machines, reads technical drawings, and ensures accurate cutting and shaping of components. The operator performs quality checks, adjusts machine settings when needed, and maintains equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
Main Responsibilities:
Operates CNC nesting machines and a CNC drilling center
Processes materials such as chipboard (particle board), MDF, plywood, and other wood-based materials
Works with specific materials such as Corian and composite surfaces
Sets up and adjusts machines according to assigned programs
Monitors the quality of produced parts
Follows technological standards and production requirements
